Sharon Ragan

Sharon started her massage career in 2011 graduating from Anthem Career College. Over the years she has continued her studies in prenatal and postnatal massage, myofascial release, Thai massage, trauma-informed massage based in polyvagal theory, and manual lymphatic drainage. She obtained her certification as a doula through SBK.  Sharon has studied courses in holistic nutrition, personal training, yoga, and herbalism. She utilizes a lot of these tools to help cater to each client’s needs. 

 

From the beginning of her massage career, and being a mother herself, Sharon felt it was important to nurture and support other mothers on their prenatal and postnatal journey. After spending years working with families during the big changes that come with birth, becoming a massage doula was a natural transition for her. From the beginning of your pregnancy to postnatal care, Sharon is here to offer deep listening and support so you can walk into your birth with confidence.
